I don’t know about you, but I love pizza. This is a go to for comfort food that won’t tip the scale. I will update this post with pictures in the near feature. I just couldn’t save this one for later, it is that good!!! Enjoy!
1lb ground Chicken
1 egg
1C shredded parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 450 degreese
- Use parchment paper to line a pizza pan and spray with pam.
- Mix all the ingredients together and make sure they are fully incorporated.
- Place on pan and spread out in a pizza crust shape and make sure it is thin to get that crunch!
- Place in the oven for about 25 minutes or when the top and edges are slightly brown.
Nutrition for 1/2 pizza crust- Calories 160, Fat 8.5g, Carbs .5g, Fiber 0g, Sugar 0g, Protein 19.5g
Pulled Pork Pizza
After making the chicken crust add about 1/4 cup of Sugar Free BBQ sauce to the crust and spread. Put your favorite kind of cheese I like mozzarella the best. Throw some red onion, cooked bacon and the pulled pork with a little drizzle of the sugar free BBQ sauce and mix really well. Spread the mixture on top of the mozzarella and return to the oven for about 10 minutes. You will know it is ready when the cheese is nice and melted.
BBQ Chicken Pizza
After making the chicken crust add about 1/4 cup of Sugar Free BBQ sauce to the crust and spread. Put your favorite kind of cheese I like mozzarella the best. Place cooked BBQ chicken on the top and put back into the oven for about 10 minutes.
Pepperoni Pizza
After making the chicken crust add about 1/4 cup pizza sauce to the crust and spread. Put your favorite kind of cheese I like mozzarella the best. Place turkey pepperoni and any extra toppings you like on a traditional pizza. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Tick Tock Famous Ceaser Salad Pizza
Take the crust out to the oven and let cool for about 10-15 minutes. In a separate bowl, add romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and about 2TBS of your favorite creamy creaser dressing. For a lower fat version look for a low-fat creaser dressing.
